Rohearth is being built for families navigating something deeply personal, so we treat privacy as a feature, not fine print. This page explains what we collect today — while the app is in development and this site offers a waitlist — and the principles we’re committed to as the product grows.
What we collect right now
If you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you give us and basic, non-identifying technical information needed to deliver the page (for example, which section a sign-up came from). That’s it. We do not ask for information about your child to join the waitlist.
How we use it
- To let you know when Rohearth opens for early access.
- To send occasional, relevant updates about the product — never spam.
- To understand overall interest so we build the right things.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Where it’s stored
Waitlist sign-ups are stored in our own secured cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services. We keep your email only for as long as we need it for the purpose above, or until you ask us to remove it.
Your choices
- Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe.
- You can ask us to delete your details at any time by contacting hello@rohearth.com.
Our commitments as Rohearth grows
When the app launches it will handle sensitive information about your family. We are designing it around a few firm commitments: you control who sees what; sharing is explicit and revocable; and we’ll always be clear about what is stored and why. A full, app-specific privacy policy will be published before any such data is collected.
